Leadership Team

Brandon was first elected State Chair in June of 2023, and re-elected in 2025. He additionally serves on the Executive Board of the Republican Party of Florida.

Ludwig's political experience began in communications for U.S. Representative Kat Cammack and has continued with more than 30 city & county campaigns now under his belt. He has been an appointee in several governmental capacities including the Clay County Board of Adjustment and currently to the Northeast Florida Regional Council.

Brandon is a graduate of the University of North Florida and serves as an elected City Councilman in his northeast Florida hometown of Keystone Heights.

Anna was elected to serve as Florida's National Committeewoman in June 2025. She is a member of the Capital Young Republicans.

Reagan's previous experience includes her work with U.S Representative Paul Gosar and former Representative Ted Yoho, in addition to elections and legislative work at the state level here in Florida. She currently works in government affairs for the Florida Sheriffs Association.

Anna is a graduate of the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University and lives in Florida's state capital, Tallahassee.

Jake was first elected to serve as Florida's National Committeeman in June of 2021 and re-elected in 2023 and 2025. He previously served as the Tampa Bay YR Chairman and currently as TBYR's Executive Director.

During his time as TBYR Chair, Hoffman grew the organization to the second largest chapter in the country. Hoffman continues to play a significant role in Republican politics in the Tampa-St. Petersburg region, where he provides consulting & data services for numerous state and local campaigns.

Jake is a University of South Florida graduate and currently resides in the central Florida city of Tampa.
